William Stiles Cheatham was the son of John William Cheatham (b.3 Feb 1849 d.4 Aug 1889) and Lucinda Jane Pipes (b.12 Dec 1853 d.14 Feb 1924). John's parent's were William Cheatham (b.22 May 1791 d.16 Jan 1862) and Zerravina Aiken (b.23 Mar 1812 d.14 Feb 1884). The next question is who are William's parents? Some sources show William Cheatham III and Sarah Winfrey. Does any one have any concrete evidence of that?
