I am looking for Chavers from Waco that are relatives by marrriage. Two sisters of my great-great grandmother married Chavers from TX and moved to California in the late 1800's.
I am looking for information on Silas or RC Chavers and their descendants. I know that Clippid (sp?) and Margaret Chavers married two of the Chavers brothers.
I have also located a land deed from 1906 for a sale of property in McLennan County from Dora and RC Chavers to my great-great grandfather Horace Thomas (H.T.) Harris and his wife Ozora McDaniel Harris. Please send any info to me at alea_brown@hotmail.com. Thanks.
