Chauvin of 521 Can you help me straighten out this mess. I have found the story of Nicolas Chauvin and his son-in-law Jean-Baptiste Payen-Noyan in an old book called "The French Quarter". Was the Nicolas shot with Jean-Baptiste the son of Nicolas Chauvin born in Montreal in 1676 and married to Marguerite Lesieur the father of the Nicolas who was executed? Somebody had him as the one executed, but he would have been 93 at the time. Any help would be appreciated.
