Looking for birthfather--dated bmom, Joyce Neal in 1961. I was born on 6-21-61 in NY. Both bparents are from Indiana. James Jackson(birthfather) worked at Delco I believe plant #16. They lived on Andover St. in Anderson Indiana. Also looking for friend--William R. Davis II-worked at Carter Trucking--any info on either subject would be greatly appreciated.
