John's death may have been recorded at the Perry County Register of Wills Office. However it won't tell you much more than you already know except it may give exactly where he was born. His obituary probably won't list parents but might list surviving siblings.

Lydia's death certificate would be with the PA Dept of Health. It should give her parents' names. Knowing her maiden name may help in finding something on John. If the DC doesn't help her obit might.

The church he was member of may have something in their records. Check with the Perry Historians and the Historical Society of Perry County to see if they can help you.
