SURNAMES in search of: BRYANT/BRIANT, COXWELL,
FUNDERBURK(E)/FUNDERBURG, HARPER, HAYES, HENDERSON, MEGGS, MILLIGAN, PHEASANT, STEVENS.

I am researching the Benjamin Bryant family from Newton, Baker Co, Georgia(per 1860 census of Baker County). I don't know where he was before that(both possible from North/South Carolina). Benjamin Bryant(abt 1820) married Harriet Pearce(abt 1825), They had 8 daughters: Clarey, Hetty, Georgiann, Martha Mattie, Josephine, and Heleroy, Mary, Ardilicia and 3 sons: John B Bryant, Charles, and Joshua

In addition, I'm researching the Funderburk family of Duchy of Berg, Germany. Hans DeVault (Von Der Burg) Funderburk was born in Germany 1724 came to the U.S. as a teen after surviving a ship wreck, thus losing his family. He married Catherine Laney about 1755 and they eventually had 5 daughters(?) and 8 sons(?)

Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have.

God Bless
and Happy Hunting.

Leesa
