Anyone have information on this Renny Chasteen? He bought 600 acres of land in Bourbon Co (KY), Virginia at the time, with a Treasury Warrent #8159 for 240 pounds. Located on Slate Creek. Surveyed in 1780. Listed as Renny Shasten or Shastem.
