Can anyone identify this family? If so, please contact me.
1. Thomas1 Shasteen/CHASTEEN was born April 1823 in TN. He died after 1900 in probably Pawnee Co, OK. He married Martha Jane SPELLINGS 4 March 1856 in Caddo Parish, LA. She was born about 1825 in SC/NC. Martha died before 1900.
They had 6 children:

4. m iii. John W. Shasteen/CHASTEEN, born about 1862 in LA. He married Ada ? 1900. She was born about 1870 in FL.
+ 5. m iv. Robert E. Shasteen/CHASTEEN, born August 1864, died 8 April 1948.
6. m v. James "Jim" Shasteen/CHASTEEN, born about 1866 in LA.
7. m vi. Charles "Charlie" A. Shasteen/CHASTEEN, born about 1869 in LA. He married Carry ? 1889. She was born about 1874 in MO.

5. Robert E.2 Shasteen/CHASTEEN (1.Thomas1) was born August 1864 in LA. He was the son of Thomas Shasteen/CHASTEEN and Martha Jane SPELLINGS. Robert died 8 April 1948 in Venture Co, CA, at the age of 83. He married Edith MIDDLETON 1888. She was born 3 March 1867 in IN. She was the daughter of Lewis D MIDDLETON and Rebecca HOFFMAN. Edith died 2 November 1955 in Alameda Co, CA, at the age of 88.
They had 2 children:
9. f i. Evelyn Shasteen/CHASTEEN, born 13 August 1888 in AR, died 7 July 1940 in Alameda Co, CA, at the age of 51.
10. m ii. Carl R. Shasteen/CHASTEEN, born September 1891 in AR.
