white looking for my Robinson ancestors found this. Deed March 20,1731 James robinson of Goochland County, carpenter, to JOhn Twitty of same ,planter for 140,150 acres on south side of James River. Bounded by Dr.Peter Chastain, Jeremiah Dumas,JOhn JOnes, and Peter Ford signed James robinson recorded March 21,1731 Susanna, wife of James, relinquished her dower right. I am looking for David C.Robinsons family He enlisted in the war of 1812 in Goochland and Married his first wife, Mary HOdges there in 1813. His second wife, Mary A. Herndon was my grgrandmother. Their daughter Rebecca Ann Robinson married my Grandfather JOhn Walker Pace, son of JOhn R.Pace who may also have connections in Goochland. I know there was a Twitty Pace somewhere. HOpe this is of interest to someone and can rustle some clues to my family up. LOis Carey
