Elijah Webb Chastain and wife Clariessa are buried at Toccoa Baptist Church cemetery on land he had donated to the Church for public burial. The cemetery is located on old hwy. 76 approx. 1 mile east of the Blue Ridge Dam. Facing the church the grave is on the right hand side and on the highest ground.
I descend down from Jason Coward Chastain, Elijah's cousin.
Some of Elijahs descendents are located in Gilmer County.
I have a burial plot not to distant from Elijah,s.
