I have a marriage certificate of my 4th great grandfather who married a Nancy A. Chastain in 1847 in Carroll County, Miss. On the 1850 census she is 28 years old and says she was born in Tenn and is listed as Amanda, most likely her middle name. Living with them is a Nancy Bradly, 68 years old from VA. I am wondering if this could be Nancy A.'s mother. Any help would be appreciated.
