No, there were not two Rebeccas in the John Chastain & Jemima Denton family. Their dau, Rebecca married William Adams , one known child, Jane Chastain Adams.

The Rebecca A. Chastaim who married Samuel Edens is BELIEVED to be a dau of Rev. James Chastain. No proof.
