well it seams anne motes's, dad hogeny is the one who started the big mess. every time the cherokee roll people came to his house place or what ever he went to the woods and hid , he was scared of being sent off to say oklahoma so he was never was on the rolls back in the 1800's one set of chastains sued the cherokee tribe to be put back on the rolls and they said a flat NO!!!!!
