I am looking for any information on Sephus Josehus Chastain (Chasteen, Chastine)born Aug 1872, Franklin County, GA, d. 17 Sep 1932, Jonesboro County, GA., married to Josephine Gray (b. 1880, GA, d. 8 Mar 1958, Fulton County, GA). I have traced him through the census so have his wife and children. Mainly interested in finding out who his parents are or any siblings. I did find him on the 1880 census living with his grandfather Sanford V. Chasteen (b.1871, SC), wife Elizabeth (b. 1820, SC). Also listed was his brother James William Chasteen (b. 1871, GA). Family Bible listed his mother as Anne.
Any information you can give me on Sephus' parents and grandparents, would be appreciated.
