I must not be the only person sitting up late online tonight. I just sent you an email with some details which you shold have by now if your email address hasn't changed.
A good story: according to my aunt Ruth, my uncle Jack Morrison's wife attended a family get-together records before she died a few years ago. I was telling the younger generation about their parents' siblings and they were surprised to learn that Uncle Jack was born with the name R. Furman according to the census records I had found. My mother said his real name was Furman, which he hated. Aunt Ruth suddenly remembered that his birth name was Rene or Rainey Furman and that the family had called him Jack as a child because it was the first word he learned to say clearly. Ruth said Jack was the name of the family mule and so we all grew up knowing him as Uncle Jack. I assume he had it legally changed as an adult. He has a son named Jack and a grandson named Jack. I guess they are all named after a mule!!!!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS !!!!!!!!!!!!
