I you will send me your email address (to gkcarson@aol.com), I'll forward it to my relative Rick (a descendant of Rev. Elijah Chastain and Elijah Jr.). I don't know what confirmation he has on those connections, but he might answer some questions.

I'm related to these Chastains by marriage (the two Carson sisters who married Elijah Sr. and his son James Lafayette Chastain Sr.).
