David T. Chase, age 82, widowed, was living at Westport, Massachusetts, in the 1910 census, and probably died there.
Newenglandancestors.org has a search service and could look up the death year in the state index and photocopy the record if prior to 1915. Mass. state archives will also do a search for a fee.
His wife died at Dartmouth, Mass., 20 November 1898, age 67. [Mass. VRs, 1898 deaths, vol. 481, page 154.] Cynthia was born at Dartmouth, daughter of Jeptha and Mercy (Pool) Rogers, per marriage record and death record, but birth not found in published Dartmouth VRs.
You can find Jeptha Rogers in the Mormon databases, www.familysearch.org - he was born in 1784 and married Mercy Pool about 1808 - intention at Dartmouth 23 March 1808. [VRs of Dartmouth, Mass, vol 2, page 362.]
