Here is additional information - and as often happens - Christine had the correct hunch that one of the surnames was anglicized.
Edward Charron, son of William Charron and Brigitte Charbonneau
m.
Mary Proulx, daughter of Narcisse Proulx and Agnes Kenay
Date: October 2nd, 1871
Parish: St. Gregoire de Nazianze
Place: Buckingham, Papineau, Quebec, Canada
Note: All parents alive at date of marriage.
