Cathy's message to this board has led to email correspondence that leads us to conclude that
her ancestor (William Charleson) is brother to ours( Donald McKay Charleson (the first of that name), the common parents being
James Charleson and wife Jannet McKay of Caithness, Scotland. We can now pool our research and learn more of our common clan.
