Dale, do you know when and where Ann Charles died?

William Cook died 1825 in Stokes County and left a will in which he mentions his wife Ann and his son William. He also mentions his brother Thomas in reference to possible decision of Stokes superior Court. The executor was Samuel Welsh and the witnesses were Richard Smith, Sarah Smith, Patsey Bennett.

In 1850 there is an Anny Cook living next door to William and Betsey Southern Cook. She is 86. She appears in 1860 living with John Bennet and his wife Anny and she is now 102. Obviously these ages are incorrect, but can be Ann Charles Cook.

I am basically trying to pull together more evidence that William and Ann had a son named William who married Elizabeth Southern. I would appreciate any help you might give toward that end. Thanks. Betty Slade
