*JC-1B Elizabeth CHARLES (24 Sept 1801-7 May 1877 Sullivan Co Mo) daughter of James and Dorcas Charles married 24 Sep 1818 John TUNNELL (9 June 1797-26 May 1868) son James TUNNELL and Jane BALL. Between 1843 and 1846 they moved from Hawkins County to Missouri. Elizabeth Tunnell's stone states she was the daughter of James and Darkey Charles. The cemetery is located in Sullivan Co MO, Bowman TP just over the Grundy County line near Galt in a pasture with fence and stones in poor condition (1863 survey). There are several infant stones with parents identified as ST and SW, or WH and CA or not at all.
