Who is Charles Cullen (1929)?

I am desperately trying to find Charles Cullen. Countee Cullen, a Harlem Rennaisance poet used illustrations by Charles Cullen in a poem called, "Black Christ," which was published in 1929. Countee was raised by his father, Rev. Frederick Cullen who ministered at the Salem AME church. Are Charles and Countee related? Please help.
