UPDATE!!!!!!!
Virginia CHARLES AND John Wesley Richardson lived in Hawkins County,TN. While I'm still searching for more information on him, I have found that Virginia Charles mother's maiden name was FRANCISCO. The Francisco's also lived in Hawkins County. There is no connection to Mississippi as previously thought.
