I am researching the Charles, but from the Grand Prairie area. My great grand father had no children named Joseph, but his sister-in-law also married Wlm. Charles & I'm almost certain they had a son named Joseph. Check the 1900 & 1920 U.S. census & the Rev. Hebert vols. Good Luck.
