Arthur Charles b. ca. 1819 SC>MS>TN?

Looking for Arthur Charles (b. about 1819 in South Carolina - probably around Newberry Co.) who married Nancy Morgan either in SC or in Itawamba Co., MS. They moved away from Itawamba (by then Lee County) and supposedly their last address was "Bell Station, Tennessee". I can't find any listing of this place though. Their children were:

Hartwell (Harwell) Rae [b. 1847 MS]
David [b. 1855 MS]
John A. [b. 1855 MS]
America [b. 1857 MS]

All probably born in Itawamba, now Lee, County in NE Mississippi.

Please contact me if you know of this family. Nancy's father was Reuben/Rubin/Ruben, a very common name throughout that family. I have more information on her line.
