Charles Charest and Rose de lima Miron
Hello, I was wondering if anybody could verify this information:
Charles Charest (son of Francois Charest and Maurguerite Givogue) born in 1847 was married to Rose de lima Miron (aka Migneron)in 1872.I have verified their marriage through the Drouin records but apparently there were five children born to them before his death in 1879.One of their children, Anaclet Choret, born Sept.25, 1878, seems to have fathered 18 (!) children and lived till 1957.
What I am questioning is:was Anaclet Choret actually a product of this marriage?I can find no verification of this anywhere and as Rose Delima Miron is my great-great grandmother (she remarried Magloire Menard in 1880), it is rather curious that this child doesn't accompany her in her new marriage and would have been in nappies when she remarried.
The families lived in Ste-Marguerite du Lac and later Terrebonne, Quebec.
Thank you for any info that sheds light on this!
