I'm another cousin. I go through Anne as well and my family also ended up in Upstate NY (Albany area).

Olivier is the son of Estavan Charbonneau (b 1582 in Manche, France) and Jeanne Dulonge D'Artagnan (b 1588-89 in Manche, France).

What I've been trying to find out...and it's possible...is whether Jeanne is related to (and possibly the sister or cousin of) D'Artagnan the Musketeer.
