Bob,
I've rechecked the source for the record and after re-reading it there might be a reason to question the last name of Helene. Very faintly there is a question mark after the name of Gelinas. What this may mean is anyone's guess but I'm unsure if Gelinas is a 'dit' name for Labelle or the other way around or not. I can't recall ever seeing this kind of notation before. If the timeframe for your records fits perhaps the only way to resolve it would be to get a copy of the original marriage record for Noel and Adelina and read what it says. The American French Genealogical Society in Woonsocket, RI has these records on microfilm and for a small fee they will research it for you. Best of luck.
