Ah! I should have added this to the 1st reply but..

Jules (and family) moved from Canada to Stillwater, MN in the late 1880s and he became a naturalized US Citzen in Stillwater in 1891. They later moved to Duluth, MN and appear in the 1900 census living in Duluth at 1101 Minnesota Ave. From the 1900 Census:

Charbonneau, Joseph living at 1101 Minnesota ave, Duluth St. Louis CO. born in March (year not reported) age 46 in Canada.
Living with him are:
Charbonneau, Roselie. wife, Dec, age 44, born Canada
John, son, Apr, age 27, born Canada
Melvine, Daughter, Apr, age 20, born Canada
Joseph, son, Sep, age 18, born Canada
Philomm, son, Feb. age 11, born Canada
Wilford, son, Sep, age 8, born Minnesota
Mary L., Daughter, Jul age 6, born Minesota
also shows everyone born Canada, Natralization was 1891.
and that Joseph and Roselie have been married 28 years in 1900.

Roseanna is not listed as living with them because she had married by that time and was living next door:

Royer, Archie, Jan 1864, age 36, born Canada
Rossana,wife, Jun 1876, age 23, born Canada
Alice, Daughter, Nov 1893, age 6, born Minnesota
Flore, Daughter, Nov 1894, age 5, born Minnesota
Willred, son, May 1897, age 3, born Minnesota
Edward, Son, Dec 1898, age 1, born Minnesota
Also shows Archie and Rossana have been married 8 years in 1900 and that Archie's naturalization was in 1891 and "Rossana" was in 1892.

Jim
