Frank was born on 10 feb 1887 Plattsburg,Clinton,N.Y. he died on 4 jul 1953 Ilion,Herkimer,N.Y. he was married on 1 may 1907 in Keesville,Clinton,N.Y. wife Mary Martin born around 1885 Keesville,Clinton,N.Y. died on 11 nov 1934 Ilion,Herkimer,N.Y.
