Hi Shirley,
I noticed your posting and I thought I'd drop you a line. I have the death certifiticate for Joseph
Henry Glorian Charbonneau. It clearly states that he was born in Valleyfield. But it list the provience as Ontario, not Quebec. I know that Valleyfield is in Quebec because it's just outside of Montreal. I visited there on workrelated business two years ago and did some genealogy while I was there. According to my records, Henry and Margaret were married by a minister named John Hayden, on Sept. 12, 1874 in Saginaw. the witnesses to the marriage were Charles Boucher and Emma Boucher both of Saginaw. I wonder if these folks were related to Margaret? Perhaps her brother or parents? Hope you are well.
Dave Rickard
