Anne Chappuis de Rivaz married Jacques Etienne Chevalley (1738-1809), as detailed on http://www.deRivaz.com/tree.htm No date is given for the marriage, but presumably it is no earlier than about 1758 and is likely to be well before 1800. They had three children. These events are beleived to have occurred in Switzerland at or near the town of Rivaz on lake Geneva. More details can be found by linking off the web page mentioned, where it can be seen that this marriage had repercussions that exist to this day.
I would be interested to find out whether she appears in any Chappuis family trees -- she could have been Anne Chappuis who married a Mr de Rivaz and was then divorced or re-married. Alternatively she could have been the daughter of a marriage between a Mr de Rivaz and a Miss Chappuis, and they kept the Chappuis as a second name for their daughter.
