Jonathan Chappell, born 12 Dec 1798 Perquimans, NC, was fifth child of Joseph and Sarah (Squires) Chappell.

Line back from them is John & Mary (Henley) Chappell; Robert & Elizabeth Chappell; Richard (born 13 Jun 1693) & Hannah Chappell.

They were grandparents of my wife's g2grandmother, Martha (Patsy) Ann Chappell, who married Israel Chappell.
