Yes. Thomas Baldwin Chappell was the father of Jesse Mordekiah Chappell. He was born in 1793 in Pendleton District, Anderson Co, SC. I do not have a wife's name but do have children and his geographical wonderings. Thos.' parents were Jesse and Martha (Baldwin) Chappell of Prince Edward Co, VA. Jesse's father was Robert Chappell. Martha's parents were Thomas and Nancy (Bibb) Baldwin.
