Ralph,
My records indicate Julia was born in Shamokin, Northumberland county, PA on the date you indicated. I do not know who her parents were, however there were two additional children; James and John. My records also indicate that George was her 2nd husband, her first being William Leidy. Hope this helps answer some questions.
