I am looking for info. on my G.G. Grandfather
His name was James Dumont Chappell, He was born in Va. in Brooks Station?
He was in the French civil war (Union)
He died in 1918
He was married to Theresa Sanders. The notes we have say she was Black Dutch
They had 3 children :George
Henry David
Dolly - Dolly had 5 daughter's all died early in life
If anyone has any lead's I would appreciate it.
Since this info. was passed down verbally from my G.Uncle I don't know if all
is right
