I am not even sure of the correct spelling of the name but I am trying to find information on my God parents Sydney and May or Mae Chappell. I was born in Brisbane, Australia in 1943 and at the time, they lived across the street from my home. The last time I saw them was in 1964 at the time of my marriage. I left for the USA shortly after my marriage and have lived here ever since but have wondered about them many times since that time and would like to know what happened to them. I hope someone has information on them as I know they did not have any children. I think my parents told me that she was born in England but I am not sure whether he was from there too or if he was Australian. They were wonderful people and very important people in my life.
