Hello Dexter,
I'm afraid your Besty Chapel is back just a little further than I have, but there is a great site for Prince Edward Island genealogy you could check out. The Island Register.com They have links to just about anything you can imagine, and also a link to the PEI archives. If Donald was born in Summerside, PEI then it's possible that Besty died on the Island. They also have a message board on the site where there are lots of people willing to help.
