Widow Sarah Chappell m. Daniel Billington, 1778, RI

I have found a marriage record for "widow Sarah Chappell to Daniel Billington in South Kingstown, RI on 14 Jun 1778.
I am wondering if this might be the Sarah Jaques who married Richard Chappell in South Kingstown on 29 Nov 1761. I have only been able to locate Richard in the census until the 1777 military census and he disappears after that. I have not found an actual death record.

Also, in the 1774 census, Sarah and Richard had one male over 16, five males under 16, one female over 16 and one under 16. Obviously the older male and female must be Richard and Sarah and the rest are most likely their children. I know of only two children, a daughter Mary who married Philip Caswell (they are my ancestors) and a son, Jackways Chappell who died 21 Oct 1786 "by being chilled in a storm" according to Nailor Tom's Diary.

Does anyone know who the other children could be, or does anyone have any more info on this family at all? Is Sarah the one who married Daniel Billington??
