Am trying to locate any information about my gggrandfather, Levi Chappell, who married Pricilla (?) in the Ashe county of North Carolina in the early 1800's! Can anyone shed light on this limb of my family tree? One of his son's was my ggrandfather, William Amberse (Ambrose) Chappell, (we know there were at least three with this same name in that area of North Carolina around the same time. This William Amberse Chappell, married Mary Ann (Martha) Gentry-full blood Cherokee of the Eastern Band. Their son, was my grandfather, Levi Jackson Chappell. We would like to find the rest of this family! Any help would be most appreciated! Darcy
