Look at Message #2168 that I just posted which will give you some information on Robert Chappell, who evidently is son of JESSE CHAPPELL and wife, MARTHA. Jesse died in Pendleton District, SC in 1810, and I placed the pertinent information from JESSE CHAPPELL's Will naming his Legatees, which one of them is Robert Chappell.
