Seeking any information on R.W. and Harriet Bivens CHAPPELL. They had a daughter, Rilla CHAPPELL, b. 8 Sep 1855, d. 7 Dec 1936 in Hancock Co., KY, married William Chandler SCIFRES on 15 Oct, 1874 in Spencer Co., IN. (This is the full extent of what I know about these CHAPPELLs!) William and Rilla were proprietors of the DeGonia Springs Hotel Resort in Warrick Co., IN from 1878 through at least ~1885. They had 8 children; William I., Minnie M., Robert E., Anna P., Mamie O., Nellie D., Rilla, and Wallace M. SCIFRES.
