I am in next door Chautauqua Co NY and thought you may like this info,
I am NOT related NOR looking but am typing the records for this cemetery named among other names the Old State Rd Cemetery also called PRESTON and Union Grove of Warren Co PA, town of Farmington/Lander area
CHAPPELL

Dorinda H Chappell died 12/3/1851 age 15-10-0
Dorothy W. Chappell d May 14, 1854 age 22-9-0
CHAPPELL
Noah Chappell “Soldier of the American Revolution” born March 6, 1760 died March 23, 1849
Wife Thirzah (FARZEY) Born Sept 10, 1767 died 5/10/1847
Noah was first buried on “the farm” his body removed to the Old State Rd Cemetery the farm was across from Paul ROWLAND’s farm, a little above Lander center, proceeding from Lander toward Russell the farm would be on the left, several persons were buried there. most bodies transferred (info of Harry Mahan and Fred Ludwick)
(*My note, This cemetery is on a private farm and NOT MAINTAINED by the town or County;) WHY?
