Does anyone have any relatives from Marshall County? The timeframe is late 1800s to early 1900s. If so, did they own slaves? I am black and am trying to find a connection with white Chappells around Lewisburg, TN. If you have any information concerning slaves or even white family members from this area, I would greatly appreciate it.
