CHAPPELL, Benjamin abt 1780-90's

Looking for information on the Benjamin CHAPPELL family that was in the RI census of 1774. It list 1 male over 16, 1 male under 16, 1 female over 16. I am trying to find the parents of Benjamin who married Susannah Mowrey(b.21 July 21,1797). Any help appreciated.
