Hi from Australia,
Our group of Chaple descendants in Australia are researching Richard and Ann (Nancy) Chaple from HELSTON, Cornwall. Through their wonderful research this branch of the Chaple (Chapple etc) tree goes back to 1600s.
We have found that two of their children: Daughter Mary and son John (wife Sarah Ralph) came to Victoria Australia in 1854on 'PARSEE'. John and Sarah stayed in Vict whilst Mary went to NSW to Bathurst area and married Henry Park/Parkes (convict).
It would be great to catch up with other Chaple (Chapple etc) family researchers looking at the Helston area.
