I have some information on an William D. Chaplin Married to Sara Wood in Baltimore County Maryland in 1789, then moved to Highland County Ohio . He died on Sept 26, 1831 and she died Oct 26, 1848, both died in Highland County Ohio. I believe that they are part of my tree along my Mother's side. Hope this helps. If you have anything else that might help put all of this together I would appreciate the info.
