His birth abt 1870-1879. He married Rebecca Contreras in Beeville, Texas in 1897. They had two sons, Arturo and Jose Chapa. Looking for their descendants. They also had an adopted daughter, Delia. I have located her. Want to know more about the family of Clemente.
