Seeking any information on Jesse Channels who supposedly jumped ship in Port Elizabeth, NJ and married Lottie Cares in the early to mid-1800's (I'm not sure of the exact date). Also, any information on Jesse's family both in NJ or in Avon, England, where he is supposed to be from.
