Looking for Victor Archor Chandler 1900 Census

I was hoping that George would trace back to Edmund Chandler (our group is the Edmund Chandler Family Association), but it appears that George traces back to William and Annis Chandler of Roxbury, Mass. instead.
I think that George's wife was Malvina (spelled various ways) Handford. George was a farmer. It appears that George's parents were Perley and Abigail (Aldrich) Chandler. If you check the name Perley on this forum, you will find the complete male line back to the early immigrants, William and Annis.
For a history of this family, including occupations, military service, etc. check out this book online. The Chandler Family by George Chandler and start with Perley and go back. It is free. It is considered the genealogical bible for this family and is huge.
Victor and probably his older brother Willard were living with the Sawyers in the 1880 US census. As Victor was not born until 1873 he would not appear in the 1870 US census. A Sawyer family were neighbors and possibly relatives of the Chandlers in the 1870 US census. Willard was listed as "William" in the 1870 US census on Familysearch, probably a transcription error.
Whether Victor and Willard were just staying with the Sawyers for a while in 1880 or if they were orphaned, I don't know. I couldn't find Victor in the 1900 census either. Victor's link to Willard is just my best guess from circumstantial evidence so you will have to research this further for proof. I think that I am on the right track with all of this, but you will have to research further to confirm.
DNA testing, if you have a male Chandler who descends from Victor, can also confirm whether or not Victor is part of the William and Annis family.Go to www.edmundchandler.com and click DNA results on the left hand side. There are many different Chandler families being tested and many families have been confirmed.
Happy ancestor hunting!
